GUARANTEE We guarantee our snakes to be healthy, feeding, and properly sexed unless otherwise agreed upon. We do expect you to double check the sex of the animal upon arrival, and to notify us within 48 hours of delivery if it appears to be incorrect or if any other problems are suspected. Once an animal leaves our facility, we have no control of the care you offer, or that you fail to provide. If we do not hear from you, we will consider our transaction complete. Any issues arising after 48 hours will be handled on an individual basis. You will be treated fairly, and we ask the same in return. CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY All heterozygous animals come with a photographic certificate of authenticity stating the genetics. This certificate does not show the price, so the certificate may be transferred with the animal should the need arise to sell it. Records kept on file here allow your buyer to verify genetics with us as well. HOLDS To hold an animal, payment must charged by credit card or be sent via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. You must ask for Delivery Confirmation to get a tracking number. This tracking number is required within 24 hours of placing the animal on hold to verify payment is in the mail. PAYMENT We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, and US Postal Money Orders. Business and personal checks may be accepted at our discretion. All forms of payment must clear our bank before arrangements will be made for shipping. Payment plans can be arranged for larger purchases. We are flexible, so let us know what you can afford and we’ll try to come to an agreement that suits both parties. All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, but can be transferred into credit towards future purchase. Texas residents, please add 8% sales tax. SHIPPING We ship animals via FedEx overnight to your door. Delivery is usually by 10:30am, but some areas have later delivery. Someone must be present to sign for the shipment, no matter the delivery time, on the first delivery attempt, or all live arrival and health guarantees are null and void. In the unlikely event an animal arrives expired, you must notify us immediately, and no later than eight hours after delivery. We may require the return of the dead animal, at your expense. We will pay for shipment of the replacement animal. Snakes will only be shipped as weather permits. During extremes in temperature, we will gladly care for your animal as if it were still ours until shipping is possible. Your name will be placed on the animal's feed card, and you will receive regular photo and weight updates by email. Sorry, we do not offer international shipping.
